Autumn dates for Nations League fixtures

The dates and venues for Wales’ Uefa Nations League dates were confirmed at the end of last month, with the Dragons playing all six matches in the autumn.

For the second edition of the competition, Ryan Giggs’ side were drawn in League B4 and will play Finland, Republic of Ireland and Bulgaria.

Wales open their campaign in Finland on 3 September, followed by a home tie against Bulgaria three days later.

The Dragons then face perennial European rivals Republic of Ireland away on 10 October. In the inaugural Nations League competition Wales won 1-0 in Dublin, following a magnificent 4-1 victory in Cardiff.

Three days after the trip to Dublin Giggs’ side are away to Bulgaria, with back-to-back home ties in November against the Republic of Ireland and Finland.
